We want every collector to love the work that arrives at their door. Our policy is simple and fair.
Prints — 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with your print for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Prints must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping within Canada is on us for damaged or defective prints.
Originals — Final Sale
Original one-of-one paintings are non-refundable and considered final sale. Each original is hand-painted by the artist and reserved for a single collector — please review the listing photos, dimensions, and details carefully before purchasing. We're happy to answer any questions or send additional photos before you buy.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged — print or original — please email photos of the packaging and artwork within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
